What's for dinner? Thursday!

The sad part is one of those  "impulse" buys and I bought 3 flavors, 3 BIG jugs.... I like the taste ok, but I would much rather have lower calorie, cheaper protein. 
  I may take the unopened one to support group and just give it away

I had more of my new favorite- grilled chicken tenders smothered in salsa with a slice of pepper jack cheese melted on top, YUM! Need to add more veggies but too full at the moment.

For lunch we had pizza day at work, so I had the toppings off 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 slice of supreme with onions, peppers, mushrooms, canadian bacon, & cheese. Was gonna have a small salad I brought as well, but too full from the toppings. It's definitely been a small pouch day.

For breakfast I had nothing but coffee, which got me in trouble by 10:00. I've been having protein coffee every morning and a snack of greek yogurt or cheese stick or something around 9 am. This morning all I had in the pantry was a new tub of chocolate/peanut butter protein, which I love but NOT in my coffee! So I skipped it, added the scoop of C/PB to my yogurt & planned to eat it at 9. Got busy, drank 2-3 cups of coffee and 32 oz water, no hunger, so I forgot to eat. By 10 am I was suddenly shaking and lightheaded. I had gotten really good at heading off RH, but not this time. I will not do that again any time soon. I ate a protein bar and a cheese stick and after about 30 minutes I was okay. Guess that's why I was so full so quick when we had the pizza a couple of hours later.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference...

 Nothing, too nauseas to eat . Tuesday morning I got pink eye. I've had a headache since yesterday afternoon and nauseas since this morning. My germy kids strike again ad it probably doesn't help that I work in the school system!!!

I haven't had anything since my 9:45am greek yogurt

I made 2 Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins (about 4.5 oz) topped off with Newmans Own Light Sesame Dressing. Oh,and cracked pepper.

l pintos/greek yogurt/parm cheese
s - sipped some more vanilla protein shake
d - 1 slice black forest ham, refried beans/cheese/salsa mixed together

 I went to the International district today after the doctor's and got some great Vietnamese food.
This dish has shrimp,pork, chicken, ground nuts, salad kind stuff and noodles on the bottom. I've just had my 2nd meal of it and there is one more. I didn't eat the noodles but the dog liked them.
