Turkey meatballs? Let me know how they go, and maybe share your recipe?

My deli meat went down fine and it feeling ok, but it honestly didn't taste as good as I hoped. Wrapping it around a slice of avocado does sound delicious. I also saw on Eggface a grilled delimeat/cheese sandwich - think I might try it tomorrow evening.

Borrowed my sister's ice cream maker and am currently trying to make protein ice cream - hopefully it will be a nice little treat!

Pam, I went and saw Captain America last weekend.  In the past, I always indulged in food at the theater!  I'd get a pop corn for myself and mix in a whole theater-size bag of M&Ms - that sounds so gross now.  So last weekend, I sat through the whole movie with nothing but a bottle of water, and at no point did I feel deprived.

Today is the first time I've posted my food diary.  Actually, I have not yet been keeping a food diary at all. Until now, I was just trying to make it through each day.  But I think it is time to take a closer look at what I am actually eating.  Doing so today, shows me I did not get as much protein as I should.

Better late than never? I certainly hope so lol

B: none. My pouch was not having it today

L: was still not feeling it, but had a 100 cal Greek blueberry youfuet

D: baked garlic pork chop & some absolutely delicious sautéed kale

S: had to have some as my numbers were super low (not usually a problem on Sundays) so I had a serving of cocoa dusted almonds and I ran a chocolate protein shake through the ice cream freezer. It was great.
