It's nice when you get to watch such success. You help make that happen!

I have never participated in the menu board all these years but decided to start with the ACAW week. It's been a very good thing for me to write down in public what I eat.

It can make me sad to read early surgery patients eating crap,eating too much,drinking booze,etc. and being resistive to any feedback. I felt like I had no choice but to be completely compliant right after surgery so I could get to the weight I needed to be. I also weighed 380 (probably closer to 400 at surgery).
