How Many Of You Have Had The Dreaded 3 Week Stall?

I stalled ONE WEEK OUT after 13 lbs weight loss.  Now 2.5  weeks later still stalled.
It sucks but as the vets say this is normal and "this too shall pass"

I guess you can call me a vet at almost 19 months out.  I had a stall on day 11 post op that lasted a very long time...it was torture.  I had to make peace with it because really what else could I do.  I could not pig out and wallow in my self pity...I didn't have the stomach for it, literally.  So, I bucked up and followed plan and it eventually broke and today I am 187.8 pounds down from 398.5 on consult day and 374 on surgery day.  I am not complaining and the insight that I got from that first stall (there have been plenty more since) was that my body will let go of the weight when it is ready and not a second before.  So, I just do my part and have faith that my body will do it's part.  So far, so good...down 210+ pounds (and still losing)...no room for complaining or being negative here...no sirree Bob!!

And, this too shall pass...lol.  It really does and we are all different.  Follow the plan and know it will happen...in time.
