Stalled!

Amidwife...you are the same as my wife...she started out @ 230lbs...She now weights 176...she was sleeved 2/23/12...her goal weight is 135...she has kinda stalled as well...probably for some of the same reasons although she probably does walk a bit less then I do.  We both have to refocus and get our acts together! lol  I just thank God we havent gained any but then again...that would be hard with the amount of food we eat. lol
