Not to rub it in, but the weather here is only 70 degrees. ;-)
Wow, 100 lbs lost is GREAT!! I'm 6 lbs away from reaching my personal goal and was wondering if my body will stop at that or if it will continue to lose weight. I really don't want to go any lower than 135 lbs because I'm pretty happy with the way I look now. Just worried if I will continue to lose more weight since I really can't eat anymore than what I am now and really don't want to jump back to fatty foods to keep me from losing weight. I guess I'll deal with that issue when I get there....never thought that would be an issue. LOL
Glad to hear from you and to know you are doing well!
Yeah, totally jealous of the 70 degrees!
Wow, 6 pounds from goal is amazing! I really hope I am one of those people worrying about how I will stop losing. From what I have read here, a lot of people transition to maintenance by adding 100 or 200 calories per day and seeing what happens. I think there are healthy foods, like nuts and nut butters or healthy carbs like brown rice and quinoa, for example, that you can add a little bit of to up your calories. You will be just fine - come to the board if you need help and I'm sure lots of people will have good suggestions.
