That question Tracy has been bumpinh around my head for some time...

but my head is playing games..If I don't get to this totally arbitrary number that I made up..

I'm a QUITER like I've quit on diets many many times before..

now logically when I look at myself, I m very satisfied and maybe a little boney,

and I am PERFECTLY HAPPY HERE AT 141-143...and I've thought that 135 mightbe it for me,

but I took a get to goal and see if I want a little regain..

I think as I am typing this...I'm just going to do what I've been doing,

nothing more added stay at my 800 cal..gallon of water and 80-90 protein and re-evaluate at a year...

maybe I'll lose some more...,maybe I won't...

i don't think it's wise to lessen my calorie anymore b/c sometimes it feels like it's not enough.

.if I continue to do my part, it will all work out in the end..

and maybe 140 is we're  I'm meant to be...stay tuned!!!

I have been going through the same thing for a couple of months, but for me, I knew things were creeping back into my diet - popcorn, bread, candy.  I removed them completely (paced the floor for a couple of days with the horrid cravings), then miracle of miracles, the scale started moving again - slowly, but moving!

I look at it as practice maintenance, LOL!

Love your post! Love your honesty! Reality bites at times. I am a slow loser and so impatient for goal. Loss has been quick and so slow all at the same time.

Keep the faith! Lol.
