Looking for others who are unable to stop weight loss.
If you are losing weight on 1500, eat 1700. And to get that 1700, eat higher calorie foods. Use whole milk not skimmed, add butter to veggies. Adding a few hundred calories can be done without any increase in the quantity of food.
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
Geez, 1300 calories I average logging in every morsel - and I am constantly moving around. I don't loose a single pound. I am just curious, what made you overweight? If you have the tendency to gain I would ride this out. Our sleeved stomachs are simply restrictive. So unless you have something else going on with your metabolic system if I were you, I'd keep where I am at and trust that my weight will stabilize. It is not like you are not taking in a good amount of nutrition.
Hmmm I have so many ideas about what you can eat to gain weight or at least stabilize. You can add some dairy (cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese - milk to your protein shake etc.) nuts, protein . . . peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter DELISH!!!
All Best to you,
Layla
Eat more. If you are having psychological issues with eating more, find a good therapist.

The key usually is to not eat more as far as volume, but to eat more highly concentrated calorie food. Nut butters, nuts, avocadoes, adding extra oil to your food can easily add an extra 300-400 calories a day to your diet without adding much volume at all.
I still lose weight on 1500 calories a day as long as I'm exercising but I'm only 5'3". Hope you can find a solution to this soon!
