I miss food...

What helps me a lot is knowing that there really isn't ANYTHING I can't ever have again, down the line. Even if I will, realistically, never again have a slice of pizza, knowing that if I really, really wanted to, I could have SOME down the line (if it agrees with me, and I plan for it in my food plan) helps me keep myself in check. For me, thinking this way really helps take away a lot of that mental "Oh man! I will never have ____ again!!" rut which has held me back and caused me to binge in the past. It works for me since know my triggers aren't based on having a small amount of unhealthy food, but being denied it altogether.

This especially helped me on my 2-week strict liquid diet. It really is just temporary.
