A few days into week 3 post-op and feeling great. Feeling kind of paranoid about how much I can eat (all within my surgeon's plan) which I posted about here, but otherwise no issues. Though man, when prepping some of the food to make for me to eat this week, I really didn't realize just how many "my size" servings I was going to end up with, even when I halved recipes. Definitely going to be an adjustment. :)

M1: Caramel Premier Protein + 4oz Cold Brew

M2: 3oz Cheesy Cauliflower Mash (This is normally the perfect amount, but I took it with both my MVs and that pushed me over just a smidge. Good to know!)

M3: 3oz Cream Cheese, Bacon, Ranch Chicken

M4: 3oz Cheesy Cauliflower Mash

M5: 3oz Cream Cheese, Bacon, Ranch Chicken

M6: 4oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk + Half a scoop of chocolate protein powder

I am 5 weeks post-op as of today! I am loving that I can now REALLY drink water! Sipping a bottle over 4 hours is irritating. Now, I can finish 16 oz of water in like 20 to 30 minutes.

Hmmm. I don't think we are comfortable enough to have a "style." Most of our furniture is hand me downs from friends or garage sales. What we do buy new, we buy at ikea. I find cheap, sleek, comfortable furniture to be our go to. I might invest one day in some nicer things; we will see. I've never really needed or wanted nice, decorative items although I do admire a well-decorated home.

L: egg, 1/2 ounce cheddar, 2 turkey sausage links scrambled together

D: 2 oz tilapia, almost an ounce of boiled peas
