I don't know what is wrong w/ me!  I'ts almost 2 a.m. and i still can't sleep.  I've been feeling like this since last week.  My insides won't stop shaking.  I don't think i'ts my bp.  My heart rate is fine.  I posted on here about this last week and everyone said maybe it's nerves.  I've never had this before.  I've NEVER felt like this before.  Anyone else ever felt like this.

Are you experiencing blood sugar problems?

Whenever I feel like that, it is because of low blood sugar.  Have you/Can you test yours?

I have had that before when I get REALLY keyed up. There have been times where I didn't realize how uptight, tense, scared I was-until I laid down and then I could REALLY feel the inside-shake/shiver feeling. Sometimes my teeth have even chattered like shivering.

I found out it was sort of like an anxiety attack-but it's like it was happening to my body-and I wasn't aware of it in my head-until it was explained to me.

To find out more-see if you can MAKE it stop-by doing something like taking a warm bath. See if "feeling" something else..warmth, cold..something-see if that calms it down. If it does-it really could be some anxiety. The good news is-it can be handled!

Could be low blood sugar.  I felt shaky and weak a lot and it was because I wasn't getting enough protein or fluids, now that I am I feel a lot better.  Talk to your doctor, maybe you need some labs drawn.

Maybe it's anxiety attacks about your upcoming surgery? Contact your surgeon's office and see if they can help you.
