I begin my 6 months of nutrition classes tomorrow

May 18@730 am then i should get the RNY im ready and scared Ill die also

how much blood is normal for a person to loose during surgery??

You are not alone. I had the same fears about not waking up after surgery. I was considered high risk too because I have a history of blood clots. But the WLS team took extra precautions and I was fine after RNY.. I'm even better 8 months later. Good luck. Keep posting on your progress.

I'm not sure about how much blood loss; I stopped donating blood in prep for surgery. We've all been nervous and had the same fears. Good luck with classes. I'm so happy I had surgery, and I'm only a week out, still trying to get used to it all.
