How much do you eat ~ Am I a freak?

Just wondering if I really do eat that much more than most DSers. Here's what I had for Dinner and Breakfast:

Barb and I had dinner with friends last night and we went to Texas Roadhouse I had:

1. Couple a handfuls of peanuts in the shell while waiting for the waitress to take our order.
2. A fresh hot roll with lots of cinnamon butter.
3. Salad with eggs, cheese, tomatoes, croutons etc. and lots of  full fat 1000 Island dressing.
4. 3/4 of the 11oz. Sirloin steak.
5. 3/4 of the baked potato with extra butter & sour cream.

45 minutes later I had a bowl of apple crisp with some vanilla ice cream.

For breakfast this morning, I made myself a breakfast sandwich which was made with the following:

1. 4-6 oz breakfast sausage.
2. 2 medium eggs.
3. 2 slices American cheese.
4. 1 slice pepper jack cheese.
5. 2 slices toasted whole wheat bread.

So I'm just wondering how that compares with what you eat?????

Yes, yes you are a freak, Kerry.  A surgically altered freak.  Just kidding, of course!  And here I thought I was eating too much....I ate a whole egg for breakfast yesterday!

Hmm, that's what Barb says too; I guess it's a silly question.

I remember well when I was 6 weeks out, I would be doing good to eat a whole egg too. That changes over time, you will be eating more and more. For me, the amount I eat seems to have stabilized at about 18 months out, I eat pretty much the same quantity now as I did 6 months ago.

I obviously can't compare what you are eating to what I'm eating, but GOOD FOR YOU!  I had 1/2 egg for breakfast this morning!

Yea Ellen, that will change; you're going to be eating more and more as time passes.

I could eat that breakfast, I think. I don't think I could eat that dinner. Not a whole salad and ~8oz of steak and 3/4 of a potato. Cut out the salad or the potato and maybe. I certainly would not have been eating any dessert 45 mins later!

I'll bet you'll be eating that much in another year Chad; I know I couldn't have eaten it at 9 or 10 months. And I usually can't eat any dessert with my meals, but after 45 minutes to an hour, I'm usually ready.

I certainly can eat like that.  And I'm a girl!  lol.  I eat way more now than I did when I was 300 pounds.  Funny, huh?  Love it!  As long as I don't start to gain weight... and I haven't... I don't worry.  I'm hungry every two hours or so.

Well I'm sure not complaining, I love it too; I was just curious if I was eating a lot more than most DSers or not. When I'm eating around other people, the amounts I eat are pretty much equal to what everyone else eats. I don't think anyone would have a clue I've had WLS from watching me eat.

Well I am impressed as I didn't think you could have potato or dessert after a DS. I know I stil have a lot of reading to do! That is good news to me! If you are a freak I want to be freaky too!
