 “I bought these to help me get over the hump of my protein requirement because I wasn't able to get in enough via my foods and protein shakes. These taste like weird kool-aid but it's certainly good enough because of the large amount of protein. I mixed an ounce at a time with 2 oz of water which helped with the tart taste. Will also try it with crushed ice for a snow cone type treat. Thank goodness for these!”

 “I tried these...they're good. Taste like liquid candy with only a slight aftertaste. However, I just read a study that showed these are mostly collagen protein with very minute amts of Whey protein in them. Their protein score (PDCAAS score) was only a 4 out of a 100. Some of the other brands scored a 100 out of 100 and tasted better. I am bummed though!!! I also read a post where someone had been drinking these and getting in "all of her protein" and her 3-month post op labs were horrible and they told her to change her protein source. Bummer!!”
