Hi Cyndy, If you go to www.celebratevitamins.com and under the education tab on the left hand side of the page you will see more choices. Choose Compare and select the actual vitamin supplement and it will display how many and when.

I just got mine last week...there is lots!!

Go to the website and see the list of vitamins on the left side.  Click on the vitamin (eg. multivitamin chewable).  Find the vitamin that matches and click "more details" just below the description.  It will take you to a new page and the dosage will be listed (multi says two a day).  You can go one page further and click "view supplement facts" to see the breakdown of how much of each ingredient there is too.

I don't see the sample pack on the website?  How did you order it and how much did it cost?  I'd like to try them out.

Hi Sandy - I just sent them an email, explaining that I was a bariatric surgery patient and asking if they would send me some samples to try and I received a variety of things to try, just like the other ladies.

I got mine a few days ago as well.  I've tried a few, including the drink, and I'm not impressed with the taste.  Some of them are pretty yukky.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

I am telling you Bariatric Advantage Multi vitamins are delcisiou, they are chewable and taste pretty darn good...they have berry flavoured or citrus and some other types also.

I have been on them for over 2 years and don't mind taking them at all~!

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

I received mine this week also, I took the chewable multi yesterday and loved the taste when I chewed it, but it left an awful aftertaste. I'll stick to my Costco pre-natal, $8.99 for 270 pills. I break them in half and have no problem.
