Up late because of my cold....

Off to court - suing my Ex for child support - I sure could use the $12,000.

My Preop diet today is:

B: quinoa with cranberries and pecans
S: babybel cheese
L: ?
S?
D: chili
S: pecans

It's a busy day at work with lots of stuff to do.  I like days like this!

But I'll take a moment to outline my food plan anyway...

B - 1/2 c Fibre One with 1% milk
S - light Babybel cheese
L - spinach, smoked chicken cold cuts, 1/2 tomato with light mayo and light caesar dressing
S - 1/2 c ff cottage cheese with berries and nsa rasp jam
D - probably something bbq'd, if we get a new tank of propane.  Maybe a hot italian sausage with some spicy sauce, and maybe some grilled mushrooms, peppers and zucchini
S - sounds like a good time for a Premier shake, I think...

Plus a couple of coffees and 2 litres of water, maybe with some Nestea green tea for flavour in one bottle.

Still bummed about the gym thing. Decided not to join another one or continue with my membership and go to a different location. Im gonna start the C25K program and use the weights I have at home for now. Im a bit leary right now about joining another gym. I know I can get good results at home - I'm just gonna have to change up my workout. This is all good practice for my Fitness Leadership course!

Now..onto food....

S: 100g Greek Yogurt
L & D: 1c. Chili
S: 1/2c. Pineapple
S: Protein Shake [at home]
