York Region/GTA Meeting Sunday 5/27 @ 2

Hi guys,

This is your second reminder about our meeting this Sunday.

Our next York Region/GTA Support Group meeting will be held on Sunday May 27 at 2:00 pm. It's located Upstairs at Loblaws, 301 High Tech Road in Richmond Hill (Hwy 7 & Bayview).

There is a $5 entry fee to cover the room rental & an optional 50-50 draw. We'll also have a clothing exchange and our topic will be "You'll Be Shocked to Find Out How Easy Exercise Can Be!"

I'm going to step up on my usual soap box and remind you how important support is. Studies have shown that quality support improves our weight loss results. It's important throughout the WS journey: while we're struggling to get approved for surgery, during & after surgery, while we're losing weight & most importantly, after we've gotten to our lowest weight & are struggling to keep our weight there. Besides all this, you'll always leave the meeting having learned something new & meeting new people & friends.

I'm looking forward to seeing new & regular faces alike!
