I love Giada but would not lay claim to being the first to name their pouch. Being a newbie, I don't think I have ever read anyone naming theirs (maybe did and just forgot). I love your internal digestive beginning after the esophagus name! Pixie has a nice ring to her! Pretty soon we'll have to start putting disclaimer statements on our posts!
