OT - Tax question

I was hoping we could claim it too.  My opti-fast for 6 weeks was $600.

Our drug plan won't cover any of it either!  Oh well!  Its the best money

Agree! And at least OHIP covers the surgery so we can't really complain

I took a look through my receipts (mainly parking receipts) and even if I add mileage and meals, I won't have enough expenses to claim.  According to the link below, your expenses must be at least $2,109, or 3% of your net income in order to claim.  Mine are only a few hundred in total.

I was looking forward to getting some money back, but ah well - the biggest cost was covered, and at least it will make my taxes easier to complete!
