Picture issues

I'm trying to upload a picture of me and from a ping to a jpeg and its not working...helppppp...I tried the site to swich it too and its not working for me

try re-saving the picture on your computer but before you hit SAVE....below where you name the picture, you will see you can change your format to JPEG

Also remember this site has size restrictions  but there are many free programs you can download to shrink the size of a picture.
