I keep thinking abou****ching your video about how existing on 900 calories wasn't so hard - and I've been thinking about that since I first heard you say it. My mindset going in (and hopefully for the duration) is that this is going to be hard for the first little bit, and after that, it'll just be what it is. I don't suspect I'll love the first little while - I expect headaches and head hunger and possibly bathroom issues (oh, joy!) - but it's the first path on my trip, so I'll do what needs to be done. :)
Would you believe there's a little part of me that's looking forward to not worrying about what to eat for 3 weeks? Weird, right?
