Lactose intolerant, full fluid and NSVs

I don't do cow's milk EVER.  Almond Breeze makes the best almond milk and it's available in unsweetened.  I buy the original to use as milk in most things but also buy the vanilla and the chocolate unsweetened for a change then I just add in my own SF syrups to sweeten it a bit.  There are protein shakes out there that aren't made with dairy so you could try a few of those to get you through full fluids.  Before long you won't need to have dairy unless you really want it.  My mother is lactose intolerant so she buys the lactaid drops to add to her quart of milk and quart of coffee creamer and she's now fine to drink those as long as she adds the drops.
