One month out - Weight Gain

I started out at 396.  While in the hospital I was 382.  Until a few days ago I made it down to 334 in a month after surgery.  Yesterday I climbed up to 336, and now 337 today.  It's a little depressing.  Any ideas or anyone gone through something similar?
Due to current economic conditions the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.                                                                         HW: 396 GW:230

Wait... you lost 66lbs in a month and are concerned with a few lbs flux? Breathe man! Relax. I would stop the daily weigh-ins for one, then remember that our bodies are in flux with water, salt, and hormones.  Sometimes a good BM will drop the scale or a full moon will raise it! LOL

In all seriousness... keep following the program and perhaps stop and reflect on what you have been doing, if anything, differently. Weigh in every week, or every other week.  How are clothes fitting? How are you feeling. It can not always be in an endless slide at warp speed downhill.  I hope you continue on the path down and acknowledge the scale, but don't let it rule your progress!
