boy am old...the only one i recongizned of all those listed are the black eye peas as i have that cuz my grandkids like it... ican get my groove on with imma bee and oh what a feeling...but for me...i LOVE the oldies 50's and disco....i have always said,i was born in the wrong music era...and i am only 49..

You can't leave out the disco! I love it! My mom used to be up to date on everything, but not so much now...she knows all the stuff from the 90's and my cousins used to call her up and ask her about a song!

ph yea the tootsie roll song is great... i know that one...in fact i was going to try and find it on a CD to have it..i am also looking for the slide song....i have the cha cha slide...it is great to do that while in the pool..makes it much easier.. ha ha

I start with the something on the level of What I've done by LP and end with something like Wretches and Kings or Bleed it out.  Still loud and hard but the intensity builds through the whole run.  I have found I actually will keep pace with the songs and it has shaved minutes off my runs. 

Maybe I should listen to some Anthrax or some speed metal stuff.
