boy am old...the only one i recongizned of all those listed are the black eye peas as i have that cuz my grandkids like it... ican get my groove on with imma bee and oh what a feeling...but for me...i LOVE the oldies 50's and disco....i have always said,i was born in the wrong music era...and i am only 49..

I start with the something on the level of What I've done by LP and end with something like Wretches and Kings or Bleed it out. Still loud and hard but the intensity builds through the whole run. I have found I actually will keep pace with the songs and it has shaved minutes off my runs.
Maybe I should listen to some Anthrax or some speed metal stuff.
