Hey Nik!
You wrote a post some time ago about shopping at Aldi's. I went there today and pretty much got everything for dinner. They really do have some good (cheap!) stuff.

Angus burgers (1/2 for me)
Seasoned fries (for the family)

And the best part....

A wonderful citrus salad. I had this last week at a restaurant and made it at home:
Spring mix, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges (in juice, not syrup), pecans and feta cheese crumbles. I topped it off with light raspberry dressing.
