What's your favorite soft/mushy recipe?
Currently mine is "wonder eggs" - a scrambled egg w/really finely chopped chives and a tsp of lf cream cheese stirred in once egg is cooked. Divine!

I just made some broiled salmon patties!  They turned out really good even though they were broiled rather than deep fried (the way I used to make them). YUM

My favorite mushy recipe was pasta-less lasagna.  Spread ricotta cheese in the bottom of a small dish, top with tomato sauce, italian seasonings and mozzarella cheese.  Microwave for 30-45 seconds.  Enjoy!

Good luck on Monday!  A couple of places to find recipes are at Nik's blog @bariatricfoodie, and the world according to eggface blogspot.  I also found some at www.muschealth.com/weightlosssurgery/nutrition/recipespureed.
