Seafood?

Shrimp, scallops and lobster all get tougher the more they are cooked. If it is chewy it is most definitely overcooked and will be much more difficult, if not impossible to digest!

For this reason, I either cook them myself or only get them at a seafood restaurant where they know how to cook them properly. Most steakhouse chains will overcook them!
