I'm not sure but I think the only ones that might have some carbonation are the ones made with coke or sprite. I wouldn't think the fruit flavored ones are carbonated. At least, the ones I've had weren't.

I hear that carbanionate is a myth, and will not stretch your pouch out at all. Altho it may make some people uncomfortable.

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

They had them out last year and I've been drinking them (with a straw) ever since!

I totally dump on sugar and fat, but these are no problem at all. It's a delicious special treat, but yeah not all 7-11's carry them.
