There are 2 pieces of advice only.
#1....walk, walk, walk. I walk 1-1.5 miles per day, 4 days per week. I had hernia surgery in September and couldn't walk. I've found that has really slowed down my progress.
#2...march to the beat of your own drum. DH and I were BOTH foodies. We ate out numerous times a week and went through more than a 2 liter of Mountain Dew EVERY DAY. DH works construction, so he burns it off at work and is thin. Me? Not so much. So, the point is that DH still drinks boatloads of soda and eats out alot. When he orders a pizza? I eat at home. When he calls me and asks me to order dinner from the rib shack down the street? I eat at home. I can not allow his eating habits to leak back over into mine. I have to be accountable and resposible to me.
You can do it!!
