Okay, so the post below says that "Ferocon contains iron, folic acid, B12 and the intrinsic factors necessary for proper absorption." So I tried looking it up but couldn't find anything on it. Is this true? I'm asking you cause you know so much about these things.

I think it's true, but I would check with the manufacturer or your pharmacist to make sure.

Yes, it's prescription-only.  Makes my life a lot easier.

Look in the "Uses" section where it explains its ingredients.  Ask your surgeon!
