OT high heels

Always carry a glass of wine for balance... works for me... JUST KIDDING.... When I first started wearing heels a lot I would wear them around the house doing everyday casual stuff for practice... You'll be surprised how quickly it becomes like second nature... Good luck... and perhaps starting with a smaller heel would work but I just dove right into the 6 inch ones :)

I say you just have to practice, and try not to keep your knees bent as you walk (that's what I have found girls doing when they look foolish in heels. they do this weird bendy thing with their knees, I think it is an overcompensation thing). That being said, I shall live vicariously through you! I have stopped wearing heels as I have gotten heavier, because the balls of my feet just can't stand the pressure. I bought a pair of 6 inch nude ones for post op though...they are waiting patiently in my closet for when the time comes. :)
