I am soo happy for you and your family. What a great day for you!  I was wondering how your taste buds are today. Do you enjoy food or is food revolting to you at this stage of your journey? I am very early on my journey and don't enjoy anything yet. I sure hope it gets better:)

You have been an inspiration to me on this forum. Thank you:)

Yes, I enjoy food again.  It's just a different mindset.  I eat for fuel rather than for fun.  I also eat much more healthier, organic, and in much smaller portions.  I enjoy pretty much what I always have except sweets.  When I have sweets I only have a bite or two.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I appreciate everyone's support over the last year.  I hit some rough patches and always knew I could come here for help.
