What's on the menu today, RNYers? (Sorry, duplicate!)
I think DCgirl may be a bit tied up today, so I'll start the daily thread for her. I haven't posted much in it lately, but I read it every day and get lots of inspiration from it. So, time for me to contribute! I encourage everyone *****ads to chime in, too! So, at close to four months out:
B: Phormula 1 fruit punch shake
L: Cottage cheese, strawberries, Jay Robb vanilla protein and sliced almonds
D: Saratoga Rib Eye steak, roasted brussel sprouts
S: Tuna and mayo salad, grape tomatoes, hard boiled egg
E: I will get on the treadmill today. I WILL DO IT!
V, W: On track
According to MFP, that gives me 601 calories, 17 carbs, 26 fat, 74 protein, 972 sodium and 10 sugar. A pretty good day! (You can follow me on Cunning_Pam if you like, and I'd love to see what you're doing as well.)
Have a great day, all! It's a little overcast here, but at least it's not grey and rainy like yesterday. I'm going to be optimistic that we'll see a little sunshine today!

I wish I could figure out how to add people to MFP. I did it once & now it's gone lol. Is it because I'm using my phone?
B: protein shake. I tried a protein chia seed recipe yesterday & that's a no go!! Maybe I'll have better luck next time. I bought a banana flavored one at whole foods & loved it but it only had 3 grams of protein :(
L: I think I'll go to Cracker Barrel. I want a bowl of beans but I don't want to fix a big pot of them & have to eat them for a week
D: chicken with roasted veggies (red onion, carrots, brussel sprouts, & baby zucchini)
S: I'm mourning the loss by my beloved KY Wildcats, so I'll probably drown my sorrows in too much coffee...cottage cheese & these luscious heirloom tomatoes I bought yesterday
V: alarms set
W: never a problem
E: c25k. I'm also going to check out a body boot camp today to see if it's something I'd like to do. My middle daughter wants to try it too
If you go to Community, then Find Members, you can enter a user name and find someone. I only know how to do it on the website, though, I'm clueless how it would work on the mobile app.
Sorry about your Wildcats. Well, not too sorry.
