Hi-- I followed the rules as far as the stages, but once I was cleared for all foods, I decided to only eat really quality food that I liked. I love salad-- just ate a kale and spinach salad with chopped apple, cheddar cheese and almonds with a little oil and vinegar. I figure that if this weight loss is going to permanent-- and I need it to be, I am going to eat healthy food that is yummy. That way I am going to be happy to stick with it. I will eat some meatloaf in an hour. I eat 1000-1200 calories a day-- mostly protein and veggies/fruit. It works for me!

Great job on keeping on track. Motivation for us all with realistic notions.  Every path worth taking has a few curves along the way.
