5 Day Ketosis Diet Question

I use artificial sweeteners all the time with no problem, including Splenda... as long as I stay high protein, high fat, low carbs, I am good.

On the other hand, who knows what my liver looks like at this point :)

Hey Chili -- interesting -- I use splenda all the time with no issues but have found the same problem with aspartame (Equal)!! Crazy!!

To the OP, I guess I would monitor my artificial sweeteners to see if any/all of them throw you out of ketosis.

Fascinating! I still have some sticks left around here somewhere... I think I need to do an experiment. I have been using mostly Truvia or Stevia, but now I am curious.
