Seriously I am impressed you are able to read and type 8 hours later!  I remember falling asleep trying to read email on my phone!  Best of luck and stop reading our posts and get up and walk walk walk!

I don't know what it is, but i have almost no pain at all.  I walked for an hour tonight. I'm sure I'll be hurting tomorrow, but as of now I'm good.  😊
