OK, I'm up for a challenge.  I'll do CAMAW Critter.  I need more fun in my life anyway!  I'd like to thank the academy for this challenge and send a big shout out to GlitteryGirly for the encouragement to get involved.

Are you not released for steamed veggies yet?  When it's not CAMAW, I can add an ounce or two of steamed broccoli to my plan and feel pretty satisfied with it.  I also eat steamed cauliflower on the regular.  The carbs are pretty low and it's all complex carbs too.  Is broccoli a trigger food for you?

Sign me up please... I am so in for the the CAMAW week.

I didnt get to do the AMAW challenge last time because I wasnt at that stage yet and it looked like so much fun. I am stoked. I am focused more on protein anyhow so this will be a cinch.
