thanks for putting this together. That's quite the support list. Can't wait to hear about all your journeys. Looks like I'm first out of the gate and hope to lead the group with a nice easy first week.  Bowel rep today. So I have that to look forward to. Ha ha.

Hello @annemck. Thank you for asking. I'm doing awesome. My energy levels are better than ever. I'm sleeping without the use of sleep aids. I haven't taken any diabetes medications in a month and I feel great. I'm joining a gym tomorrow. Food wise is trial and error. I've learned that an ounce of meat is more than enough. I was eating two ounces and it felt like I was kicked in the back. I was doing too much too soon. I follow the advice of the vets. on the boards. Follow the plan and you will succeed. I'm looking forward to following all of your journeys.
