On another note. I saw a bumper sticker today that said ...Bird is a verb. I have been wracking my brain but I just don't see it.

I'm not allowed to flip birds. I promised my wife after a little scare. I can smile and say the most vile things. A skill.

I need to look for the pesto chicken meatballs. I put pesto in my ground turkey regularly. Adds some great flavor and some much needed fat.

Particularly with turkey . I don't eat it because it's too dry. I also pushed myself to eat it too early. Doing that can inprint a big NO on your brain.

I love fresh cooked dark meat.

Me too! Ground turkey is just so easy. I add it into cauliflower rice and make turkey fried rice, I add a scrambled egg and spinach, I'll add pesto and cheese. It's very versatile!
