Getting back to basics, increase protein, clear fluids, and increase activity is the best way to get the scale moving. If you're doing all of that, then a visit to your doctor may be in order for you to find out if you have a metabolic issue contributing to your stall.

i agree with air force wife i would revaliuate your daily foods, step up your exercise cause your body adapts to your exercise, you have to mix it up make it more intense. cut back your carbs if you're not already, are you tracking? just a few tips.
