Let's Talk Hunger

Thanks Kristy! I'm hoping I fall among the ranks of those whose never hungery!

It's strange! It must be head hunger...I am almost 8 weeks out.  I think I'm hungry until I actually eat.  After the first bite - you realize your not hungry. 

Maybe I should invest in wax and chew it

No hunger here at over 2years post op.  I literally woke up from surgery and never felt it again.  I just get empty after about 5 hours and may get a headache if I go longer than that.  Also, I still fill up pretty quickly no matter what I eat.  I get full on soup as easily as I get full on meat.

I get hungry, but not the kind of hungry I experience pre op. Now it really only comes if I go 5 or more hours without eating something and I know I shouldn't do that anyway, but it happens sometimes if I get busy doing something. YES, I FORGET TO EAT! But then I'll get this headache and eat something and it's gone. So I guess I get hunger headaches, but I'm mostly diligent about eating breakfast/lunch/dinner, even if it's only a protein shake.
