FYI: I still have issues with plain water 10 months out
I'm not complaining or anything, just want to share this with others :)
At over 10 months out, I still have problems swallowing plain water. I feels like it "gets stuck", unless I take very, very tiny sips. My NUT says that some people have this issue with water, due to its pH. If I alter the pH (by adding lemon, decaff, coffee, crystal light, etc), I have no problems swallowing. I can drink anything else, like milk or wine, with no problems at all.

I've tried water of varying temperatures, and nothing helps. The only time I can drink it at a somewhat normal rate, is when I am doing hard core cardio...

Me too! I've always thought this was weird. Water, 8 oz in an hour. Crystal light and such similar, 8 oz in 15 minutes. Makes no sense, but it is real and it's not just you!
