9 months out... Lessons learned (and hope for those who've stalled!)
I am right there with you!! I had my surgery 3 days before you and I am right where you are at the same time. I came on here today to do the same thing you did. I have not been on here for a while and I have lost my way. I got way too comfotable and strayed off the path. I am getting ready to restart tomorrow morning and get back on track. I did not have surgery to just let go. Look out world, here we come!!
