My Dr.'s office gave me a card to carry in my wallet (and my husband and daughter have a copy they carry for me also). One side is for emergency medical personnel explaining what I've had done and the other side is for restaurants requesting reduced, senior citizen or child prices for meals due to a reduced stomach capacity. It also has my dr.'s name and phone number in case of emergency. I've used it a couple of times in restaurants and get pretty good discounts with it - lol.
