  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Thanks everyone for the comments. I appreciate all of the support :)  I have to say it hasn't been easy. It sounds and feels great and is totally worth it, but sometimes I get SO frustrated!! Those who tell me that I'm taking the easy way out, have definitely NOT walked in my shoes. I never realized until I started going through this how much work it really would be, but I wouldn't change a thing!! 

I'm thankful for this forum. Today at work, this lady who wouldn't give me the time of day when I was heavy was all up in my business today. I don't have time for those type of people. My personality hasn't changed one bit. She used to be pretty thin and wore skinny jeans, now she has since packed on a bunch of weight. I don't treat her any different.

Congrats on getting to Onederland!  I'm so close I can "taste" it but I've been hovering at 205-7 for several weeks now.
