At 2 weeks soft foods like tuna, fish, chicken and such.  I just started eating and it is going very well and easy.  Nothing bothers my tummy so far.!

My dietician told me from day two after surgery you can eat meat but it have to be purred like baby food which is true because after surgery they did served me meat and veggies but all purred... i stuck with only the mashed potatoes , yogurt and tea because to be honest it was nasty but i do eat tuna and fish just make sure you chew it very well.. out of revised surgery one week

Day three, but it had to be puréed and moist.  I added miracle whip, broth, mustard, sour cream etc while pureeing the meats. I've had no issue with anything since surgery, but follow your doctor's plan.  Once you are in that stage the key is to make sure the meat isn't dry.  Good luck!
