I will never forget that day! It was so exciting to FINALLY get my call!!! Good for you, you will do great I'm sure. About the comments... get used to them. They never stop being ... iffy... People now either are soooo careful about what they say or open mouth and insert foot every time. And you know what? It's totally fine! It's a compliment in and of itself. My boss did the same thing. She only told me how jealous she was of me. Barely even a congratulations... BTW she weighs 125. Just wait until you start getting asked out. I want to see if anyone else just has the urge to punch dudes who you KNOW would have been too shallow for you before. Not that we aren't ALL a little shallow but it's still annoying. Well, way to go and take the good with the bad because, trust me, there is always more good than bad. I had two girl friends tell me they dind't want to go out with/swimming with me anymore. I was like "I don't take no for an answer" and we giggled it off together.
She is NOT your friend. She is NOT cheering you on. She is purely jealous and watch out--she could become incredibly petty when you WILL get smaller.
