I thought so too but I just wanted to ask to be sure. :-) I use the yolks to make egg salad do my squidiets :-) My kids love egg salad so it's a bonus nothing goes to waste :-)

You could try not boiling them for as long so they're still a little creamy in the middle. That's my favorite :)

They're not as good for you without the yolks, since the yolks have important nutrients.. but they're still good.  Maybe make deviled eggs?

You need to eat the yolks.  Sorry, but if I can learn to eat olives you can choke down a few yolks.  LOL

The thing is, the egg is the the perfect balance of protein and fat without any carbs or sugars or grains.

Removing the yolk for the eggs is actually removing the part of the egg that is good for you nutritional and for satiety.  You want both features in your diet, it will help shut down any hunger issues.

Ah dang it !! Gwen suggested deviled eggs if miracle whip and I use it sparingly and use the low fat variety will that work??? or am I sort of defeating the whole purpose if I do that??

I'm not sure why you'd use the low fat kind, it has lots of additives and probably sugar as well.  I just use regular mayo which is quite fine and healthy.  Fat isn't a bad thing.
