Everyone else has addressed the head issues, etc. But how about having a chocolate protein shake for your treat....or those Calcium chews that we should eat....make a great dessert snack and you need it anyways so no guilt!
I'm so glad I found this board. I thank everyone for their support. That was my first post. It's nice to know that I'm not alone on this journey and other are feeling and have felt the same as I do.
