It's not so much the carbs as the lack of protein. I aim for at least 20 per meal.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken in tomato basil sauce

dinner - enchilada casserole

vitamins - ok

water - ok

exercise - weight training and recumbent bike

                         4oz cottage cheese

                          beef broth
